  • Team Synergy & Success

Sam's key messages are from her book The Silent Fall. She delivers six life changing lessons to your audience in a way that fosters a growth mindset, a willingness to learn, adapt, change, overcome, and ultimately to succeed.

The 6:

1. Exercise your soul (and your body) - Your audience will walk away knowing how to re-connect with themselves in a deeper way, both spiritually and physically which will lead to better overall connections with people and higher performance in the workplace.

2. Belief - "Belief will either bury you, or it will help you soar." Your audience will learn how belief actually works in their lives and how it can propel them in their personal lives and in their career.

3. Fear - Your audience will learn how fear specifically plays a part in what is holding them back. They will learn a new framework to face fear and move through it.

4. Be Courageous -There isn't one definition of courage. It has different meanings for different people. Your audience will walk away knowing how to be more courageous in their lives, leading to growth in the board room, on the field, and in their personal lives.

5. Take Action - Your audience will learn how action is the key to becoming a better leader, team member, and connector.

6. Persevere - "The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows..." Your audience will learn how perseverance plays a critical role everyday in shaping how they respond as leaders during the "tough times." The result, better leaders.
